Recently, a client asked me about how they can find the house they want. This particular customer was concerned because they were having difficulty finding the perfect house.
Ultimately, there is no such thing as the perfect house. If you're building new construction and plan on going way over budget, maybe you can fit in everything you would ever want. Generally though, you have to examine your wants and needs in order to make a decision.
Part of that decision is going out and looking at properties. Don't just look online; go to open houses and showings. Physically examine the properties. Make a list of wants and needs in a home, and as you start looking, you can see what fits your criteria and your price range.
