As a buyer, how do I find a homes that are going to be a fit for me?

 In a tough market like we are in today, where sellers seem to be able to get whatever they want. As a buyer, how do I compete? how do I find homes that are going to be a fit for me when there seems to be not enough inventory out there. 


I have a couple of tips for home buyers like you:

1. Find a Great Real Estate Professional that can assist you with disseminating the       information that is currently on the market.

 2. Connecting with your agent and utilizing their network.

 3. Finding off market properties or packet listings.

 Have a plan in place, know your time frame and act on your goals. Have steps in case phase one doesn't work.
